For over thirty-five years we have been committed to making you feel at home, pampered and relaxed.
We carry on the forward-looking project started by our parents around the 70s who have always believed in a concept of hospitality made of simple, real things. We are the second generation, Olivia and Giovanni: young, determined, deeply tied to the roots of this house and this place. True Tuscans.

THE
FARM
A large farmhouse, two outbuildings, living stone and lots of greenery: this is Perucci. Small hidden corners to discover, hammocks to rock in, benches to stop and listen to the sound of nature, paths, flowers and trees surround the farmhouse. Alternatively, there is always the swimming pool for a regenerating dip!
NATURE
AND PEACE
Rosemary, cistus and lavender release their fragrances throughout the garden, enveloping guests in the scents of the Mediterranean scrub. The farmhouse is the ideal starting point for beautiful walks, and trekking to explore the surroundings and discover the wild and unspoiled nature of the Maremma. The silence that surrounds this isolated place is broken only by the delicate hum of bees and other pollinating insects.
